We offer a Quantity take-off service based on our internally developed 3D models that serve the requirements of estimations as well. We use a process in which BIM can assist in the generation of accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates throughout the life cycle of a project. This process allows the project team to forecast the cost implications of their design changes during all phases of the project, which can help to curb excessive budget overruns due to project modifications.
