The Passive House – Energy Efficient Building – Design is also a fresh and up-to-date way of architectural design that aims the rationalization and drastic reduction of energy consumption in the households.  We design buildings that utilizes and preserves the passive energy sources/inputs (like body heat, cooking heat, sunshine) inside the "skin" of the building  – theoretically these homes work like a thermos.
So our goal is to design homes that are cheaper to maintain, more energy efficient, more sustainable and healthier.



OUR SERVICES:



• PLOT SELECTION: Helping in selection of the proper plot that is suitable for passive house building

• CONCEPTION DESIGN: After a short design period our clients can select from 3 design options that they like mostly.

• PERMIT PLANS: The previously selected design will be developed further with building energy calculation (PHPP) for authorization

• CONSTRUCTION PLANS: Permit plans will be developed to construction plans (thats essential to have at building passive houses) with details

• QUANTITY SURVEY: Making quantity take off from model that might drive the estimation of project and can help to explore the cost of project based on 3D design model

• CONSTRUCTION & PROJECT ORGANIZATION: Helping to find the key players (co-designers, construction companies, experts) to passive house building, who is capable to provide a service with high quality and in professional manner.
